Naruto Battle Siege v2.27 Free for all Naruto arena,

Gaara:
- Fixed a bug after using Desert Coffin, the player lose both Coffin and Avalanche
[Desert Suspension]
- 2 seconds cooldown from 1 for Desert Suspension
- Mounting time increased to 0.25 from 0
- Casting time increased to 0.25
Itachi and Naruto:
- Bash and Critical Strike reduced to 10%
Rock Lee:
- Cooldown of Drunken Fist increased to 100 from 60.
Deidara:

- 2 seconds cooldown from 1 for Flying Clay Bird
- Mounting time reduced to 0.25 from 1.05
- Casting time reduced to 0.25
Neji:
[Byakugan]
- Activation cost increased to 25 from 15, Evasion bonus for byakugan is 75% but value is bugged
- New Evasion values, without byakugan: 50%, with byakugan: 87%[previously 85%]
