On the low setting, the flashlight delivers 33 lumens and 800 candelas to a beam distance of 57 meters, and 18 hours of runtime. The strobe setting provides 2.5 hours of continuous run time.

Operating Modes

The ProTac™ HL has a multi-function, push-button tactical tailswitch which facilitates one-handed operation—modes are momentary, variable intensity or strobe mode. The ProTac HL has a TEN-TAP™ programmable switch, which allows the user to select of one of three different programs: high/strobe/low (factory default), high only, or low/high. The TEN-TAP™ programming enables users to program the ProTac HL to suit their preference or operating needs.

Lifetime Warranty

Streamlight’s Limited Lifetime Warranty warrants the ProTac™ HL to be free of defect, including the LED, for a lifetime of use (switches and electronics have a 2-year warranty). Streamlight will otherwise repair, or refund the purchase price of any ProTac HL they find to be defective.
