World OF Warplanes Review: World of Warplanes is a massively multiplayer online arcade flight simulator in the historical setting surrounding World War 2. It was announced by Wargaming.net on 7th of June, 2011 in Los Angeles at the Electronic Entertainment Expo. World of Warplanes is currently in closed beta testing.

World OF Warplanes History: In the month of June 2011 Wargaming.net announced World of Warplanes & published an article on the World of Tanks website, the 1st part of which stated that the gameplay, overall global map, & financial system would be similar to World of Tanks. In the month of August, 2011 Wargaming.net announced that World of Warplanes was in early alpha-testing & opened the official forum. This followed by a few details about the game as well as a trailer submitted to Gamescom in the year 2011. An alpha version of the game, World of Warplanes was shown for the 1st time at Igromir, a Russian sly stealth game convention. Ivan Kulbich, the games's Lead Designer, and a Nikitova Games employee had revealed the developers' plans about alpha testing & its participants. The game, World of Warplanes entered global alpha testing on 23rd of February, 2012, according to DotMMO. In the month of May, 2012, World of Warplanes entered closed beta testing, according to the official website of World of Warplanes.

World OF Warplanes Gameplay: World of Warplanes  is developed on the same engine as the World of Tanks, BigWorld, but it will be specially adapted for aircraft. During alpha test, only a certain number of players allowed to participate. Because of the nature of the alpha test, some restrictions were placed on alpha testers, like the prohibition of videos or photos being uploaded to the internet without the prior consent of Wargaming staff. Restrictions present in the alpha are still in place for the closed beta.

World OF Warplanes Overview: In World of Warplanes, fights occur in the air. 2 teams battle in matches lasting up to fifteen minutes. The battles end when one team's players are eliminated or when one side achieves supremacy by destroying more enemy aircraft & ground targets than the other team. World of Warplanes is currently in Beta testing, & very few details have been released.

World OF Warplanes Aircraft: World of Warplanes includes military vehicles from several key periods in the history of aircraft from 1930s era biplanes to the jets of the Korean War. The game allows the player to choose from 3 basic classes of vehicles named as fighters, the most effective in dogfighting. The Heavy fighters multi-engine aircraft with a more powerful armament. The 3rd class of vehicle is the ground attack aircraft, which is the main hunters of ground targets. For each type of aircraft, there are several types of weapons & a variety of options for the airframe & engines available.

World OF Warplanes Controls: There are 2 types of aircraft control named as Expert & Simplified. The same engine supports joysticks & gamepads.

World OF Warplanes Game locations: World of Warplanes will be represented by several large gaming locations with dynamic weather conditions that will affect the controllability of the airplane. 

World OF Warplanes Teamplay: In the game, players can join in Squadrons, similar in function to Platoons in World of Tanks, and create clans & participate in clan battles on the global map, which will be shared with World of Tanks.

Slender: The Arrival Review: Slender: The Arrival is a video game which has been developed & published by Blue Isle Studios & distributed by Parsec Productions as the sequel to Slender: The Eight Pages. Slender: The Arrival was released on Microsoft Windows & Mac OS X on 26th of March, 2013. The game is based on the Something Awful creations of forums, the Slender Man.

Slender: The Arrival Gameplay: The majority of Slender: The Arrival takes place in abandoned areas like house, defunct mine, etc., each with different objectives. The game uses similar mechanics to its predecessor, The Eight Pages. Character is armed only with a flashlight. It is the limited defense forces a sense of helplessness, as the best way to survive in Slender: TheArrival is to run whenever in danger. The behavior of Slender Man changes slightly between levels. In level 1, it is seen at most, once. In level 2, it most often teleports off-screen or just out of the character's line of sight, but capable of appearing directly in front of the player. It's observed that its motion centers around following the player, but consist largely of jumping from place to place, inconvenience of which is increased as each of the eight pages are collected. Its behavior is same as this in level 4, except more actively. In level 3, it pursues much less aggressively, which serves less as the main antagonist of the level & more as a scare tactic, however one capable of teleporting directly in front of the player & ending the game. In it, the main antagonist is a girl who chases the player most often following her path directly, but has been seen teleporting. It's unknown whether this is a glitch or an in-game mechanic. The only way of subduing this girl is by focusing the flashlight on her. While looking at the Slender Man, camera succumbs to electronic distortions such as static, color spots, blurring, audio distortion, etc, obstructing the players vision unless facing away, & far enough from it.

WarFrame Game Review: Warframe is a free to play cooperative 3rd person shooter video game. It has been developed by Digital Extremes. The game has was developed for Microsoft Windows. In Warframe , players control a member of the Tenno, an ancient warrior who has awoken from centuries of cryosleep to find himself in a war with the Grineer, a race of militarized humans, & the Corpus. The Tenno use advanced armor with unique properties, named Warframes in the war against the Grineer & Corpus.

WarFrame Gameplay: In the game, Warframe, up to 4 players work together to complete missions like eliminating enemies or retrieving data from terminals. The players can carry a primary weapon such as a shotgun or rifle, a secondary weapon usually a pistol, & a melee weapon. The players are given experience points for killing enemies & completing missions, allowing them to level up their weapons & armor. Each Warframe has four different abilities that can be unlocked via the progression system. When the equipment is leveled up, it'll unlock mod slots, which improves or adds various stats of weapons & armor, as well as general stat bonuses. In Warframe, the camera is positioned over the shoulder for 3rd-person shooting, & the player can also jump, slide, sprint, & roll, as well as combine techniques to quickly move throughout the level & avoid enemy fire. Ammo, money, weapon and armor mods can be found in set locations, such as lockers, and dropped by enemies. New weapons & warframes can be purchased in the market, by using either credits earned in game, or platinum purchased through microtransaction. In the game, maps are generated from prebuilt rooms connected together by a method known as Procedural Level creation. The Alert missions are only available for a limited window of time 20 to 50 minutes, & are fairly difficult but have special rewards. For most of the time, players have multiple objectives, & a higher drop rate for blueprints compared to normal missions. Mission with a question mark as 2nd reward will reward a specific artifact or blueprint. Capture mission involves the player moving to find a VIP target within an enemy ship while fighting enemies. The Raid missions require the player to acquire a variable number of objects and return with them to extraction. The Rescue missions task the player to find & release a hostage from a jail cell. The Sabotage missions task the player with reaching & destroying the ship's generator. The Defense missions require players to protect a cryopod from waves of attacking enemies. The cryopod regenerates health slowly. The Extermination missions involve players moving throughout the level & wiping out enemies.

Hero Academy Game Review: Hero Academy is a 2 player turn-based tactics video game. The game was created by the developer Robot Entertainment. Hero Academy was first released for the iPhone iOS platform on 11th of January, 2012, with ports later released for the Mac OS & Microsoft Windows platforms. Players take turns moving units on a board & attacking enemy units with the objective of being the first one to destroy the crystal of other player. The game received favorable reviews from critics. The gameplay is simple & easy to learn, but the game also offered a satisfying depth within each turn.

Hero Academy GamePlay: The game is turn-based & focuses on strategy, requires players to carefully plan out each step of their turn. Players has one or two crystals & the objective is to be the first player to destroy the other player's crystal. On each turn, players are granted 5 moves in the game. The units are played from a hand which is replenished at the end of each round with random new units. In addition, a player's hand can also contain spells & healing potions and weapons & armor as well which can be equipped to units. The game currently contains 6 factions known as Heroic Teams. The Dark Elves is an expansion team made up of mystical elvish creatures who are known for dark magic. The Council is a team made up of human units, & is the default team of the game. The Tribe is an expansion team made up of orc-related units which are known for aggression. The Dwarves is an expansion team that consists of dwarf characters known for explosive attacks & bonuses to specialty squares. The Team Fortress 2 is a team available exclusively to steam users but it can be played on all platforms. This team is known for it's adaptability & gameplay similar to the Team Fortress 2 title. The Shaolin is an expansion team previously exclusive to the Chinese version of the game.

Hero Academy In Game Closing: Hero Academy received predominantly positive reviews upon release. The game was best played with friends rather than anonymous players since this would ensure turns would finish without delay.
